In accordance with the legislation, Turkmenistan continues work on the registration of vaccines for the prevention of viral diseases, on the instruction of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, negotiations are held with foreign manufacturers.
In particular, according to the results of an expert analysis, the Center for Registration of Medicines and State Quality Control under the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan issued a Certificate of Registration for the second Russian vaccine, EpiVacCorona.
The vaccine was developed at the Federal State-Funded Institution – the State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology “VECTOR” of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing.
Russia registers 17,648 new Covid-19 cases, 437 deaths in past 24 hours - HQ
MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax) - Russia has registered 17,648 new Covid-19 cases and 437 deaths in the past 24 hours, the coronavirus response headquarters said in a statement on Monday. Over the past day, 17,648 Covid-19 cases were confirmed in 84 regions of Russia, including 1,774 asymptomatic cases identified proactively (10.0%), the headquarters said.
Over the past day, 18,169 patients have been discharged from hospitals upon recovery, and 437 deaths from the novel coronavirus have been confirmed.
According to the headquarters, Moscow reported 2,037 new Covid-19 cases, 61 deaths, and 4,883 recoveries in the past 24 hours.
As of this date, Russia has registered a total of 3,868,087 cases of Covid-19 (+0.46%), including 73,619 deaths and 3,318,173 recoveries.
