For the third time this season, the Duke City Gladiators will play the Northern Arizona Wranglers when the Indoor Football League rivals meet Saturday in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Quarterback Nate Davis leads the Gladiators (3-5) with a league-high 44 TD passes. The Wranglers are 1-7, having lost twice to Duke City, including two weeks ago at the Rio Rancho Events Center, 52-38.

The Duke City Gladiators will visit one of their Arizona neighbors Saturday night when they play the Tucson Sugars Skulls in Indoor Football League action. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:05 MDT.
The Gladiators (3-4) are coming off a 52-38 home victory over the Northern Arizona Wranglers. The Sugar Skulls (1-6) have lost five straight games since beating Duke City 55-35 at the Rio Rancho Events Center on May 30.

The Duke City Gladiators (3-4) broke a three-game losing streak with a 52-38 victory over the Northern Arizona Wranglers (1-6) in Indoor Football League play at the Rio Rancho Events Center on Saturday night.
The game was the debut of Gladiators coach Robert Kent Jr., who replaced Martino Theus after last week’s home loss to Frisco.
The Gladiators will be on the road the next two weeks, against the Tucson Sugar Skulls and then the Wranglers again, before returning home to face the Spokane Shock on July 24.

Robert Kent Jr. will be making his head coaching debut with the Duke City Gladiators (2-4) on Saturday when they face the Northern Arizona Wranglers (1-5) in an Indoor Football League game at the Rio Rancho Event Center.
Kickoff is set for 6:05 p.m., with a tailgate party scheduled to begin 3 p.m.
On the opposite sideline will be coach Dominic Bramante, who was released by the Gladiators after leading them to Champions Indoor Football League titles in 2018 and 2019. Kent was his quarterback in the 2019 title game.
All tickets are $7. First responders will be admitted free.

Robert Kent Jr., a former Duke City Gladiators quarterback and assistant coach, has been named to replace Martino Theus as coach of the Indoor Football League squad.
“I am thrilled to welcome Robert back to the Gladiators,” said owner Gina Prieskorn-Thomas in a release. “He has the championship mentality, skills, and vision to lead us.”
Kent Jr. joins the Gladiators (2-4) after leading the North Texas Bulls to the 2021 American Arena League Championship as their QB.
