Taylor Brooke Provencio, 23, was hesitant when she got the call Tuesday afternoon from the New Mexico Department of Health. She said she thought it was a scam at first.
“I was very unsure because I m very familiar with scams. I thought it was fake. I had to ask them, ‘are you sure this is legit? Is this a scam, Is this a prank?’” she said.
