The total number of confirmed cases is now two thousand two hundred sixty eight (2268). The Collective Prevention Services (CPS) are monitoring thirty (30) people in home isolation. Three (3) patients are hospitalized at the St. Maarten Medical Center. The total number of deaths due to COVID-19 remains at twenty seven (27). The number of people recovered since the first case surfaced on St. Maarten has increased to two thousand two hundred eight (2208). Forty one (41) people are in quarantine based on contact tracing investigations carried out by CPS.

There are two types of passes, the Disaster Pass and the Hurricane Pass. No passes will be issued to business owners, only with some exemption categories as noted below. The pass allows the bearer to access the public road to visit the place of business to assess possible damage to the property. No company passes will be accepted during curfew hours. This can only take place during certain hours that will be stipulated and announced by the Prime Minister in a curfew situation.
