OLIVIA, Minn. An Olivia, Minn., man has been summoned to appear on charges alleging he filmed women showering without their knowledge at his hog farm in rural Olivia, according to a criminal complaint filed with the Renville County District Court.

OLIVIA An Olivia man has been summoned to appear on charges alleging he filmed women showering without their knowledge at his hog farm in rural Olivia, according to a criminal complaint filed with the Renville County District Court.
Sometimes it comes down to that being in the right place at the right time, said New York State Trooper Tara McCormick. With all the worry it caused, we were glad that we were able to locate her in good health.

As of 10:25 a.m., John Elder, Director of Public Information of the Minneapolis Police Department, tells KSTP the 2-year-old girl has been located safely outside of the state. He did not give more details on her whereabouts.
A press conference is expected to be held at City Hall at 11 a.m.
Police in Minneapolis are asking for the public s help in finding a missing 2-year-old.

MINNEAPOLIS Minneapolis police say a toddler reported missing and possibly abducted has been found safe in another state.
Police spokesman John Elder told reporters at 11 a.m. that within the last hour an officer with the New York State Police made a traffic stop involving a vehicle that was part of a nationwide alert. Inside was 2-year-old Nasteha Mohamed and her 26-year-old sister, suspected of taking the child without permission.

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. A former owner of a Detroit Lakes, Minn., massage parlor has been hit with 22 felony tax charges in Becker County District Court.
Jinlan Li, 62, of rural Hawley, Minn., is charged with six counts of failing to file taxes, 11 counts of failing to pay or collect sales taxes, and five counts of filing false or fraudulent tax returns. She owes more than $119,000 in unpaid income and sales taxes, according to a criminal complaint.
