Police have arrested a suspect in the February shooting death of a man on the North Shore, NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea announced Friday night. According to a tweet from Shea, authorities apprehended Arthur Williams in Syracuse Friday morning, and he’s since been transported back to the Island to face charges for his alleged killing of 26-year-old Latiff Dudley of Graniteville. Shea credited detectives in the 120th Precinct and the Regional Fugitive Task Force, a partnership of more than 80 federal, state, or local agencies and five fully operational offices in the area around New York and New Jersey.
