The second annual Mentoring Monday Summit, presented by Advance Ohio, including The Plain Dealer and cleveland.com, took place virtually this year but still aimed to help professional women in Northeast Ohio create a network while learning from one another. The summit included reflective one-on-one speed coaching with mentors, guided roundtable sessions, and larger group conversations.
