Written By: Brainerd Dispatch | × CROSSLAKE Two teenage boys were injured Saturday, July 10, when the personal watercrafts they were operating collided on Rush Lake of the Whitefish Chain of Lakes. The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office was called at 6:15 p.m. to Rush Lake where Caelan Hanson, 15, and Espen Ulland, 16, both of St. Paul, were each operating a personal watercraft when they collided. Hanson suffered a likely wrist fracture and was transported by North Memorial Health Air Care to an unknown facility. Ulland suffered a likely ankle fracture, and was transported by North Memorial Health Ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd.
