“I had to close my yoga studio (studio Bamboo) in Vila Real de Santo António because of the Covid 19 regulations. Instead of teaching my usual live classes I went online and teach an all inclusive yoga class through zoom every day at 10:30h.Now even the people who are abroad can join. The best news is that it’s for free during the lockdown!”
