In a first in India, Haryana launches Air Taxi services; Check out the routes

Chandigarh, Jan 14: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar inaugurated air taxi services from Chandigarh to Hisar from Chandigarh Airport under UDAN scheme of the central government.
Image Courtesy @Twitter For the first time in the country, a small aircraft in the form of an air taxi is being used for services, Khattar said.
The launch of the flight operations under UDAN RCS is in sync with the government s objective to provide air connectivity with metros to the Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities of the country.

New Delhi [India], January 13 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala on Tuesday met home minister Amit Shah amidst the ongoing protests by famers and said there is no threat to the BJP-JJP coalition government, which will complete its full five-year tenure. The speculations by the Opposition and media are baseless. Our Government is going strong and will complete its tenure, Khattar told ANI.
The leaders discussed the prevailing law and order situation in Haryana in the view of farmers stir.

He is expected to discuss three Central agricultural laws and farmers issues with the Prime Minister, sources said.
Among other issues, discussion on textile hubs, airports, east-west corridors, railway routes is also likely to take place, sources added.
On Tuesday, Chautala along with Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar met Union Home Minister Amit Shah amidst the ongoing protests by farmers.
Chautala had earlier said that he will resign from his post in the Bharatiya Janata Party-led state government if he is unable to ensure minimum support price (MSP) for the procurement of farmers crops.

Chandigarh: Amidst the ongoing farmers protest, more than 60 villages in Haryana have banned the entry of leaders belonging to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and alliance partner Jannayak Janata Party (JJP).

khaps have passed resolutions calling for the boycott of BJP and JJP ministers and MLAs for supporting the new farm laws.
