So it seems that frank james here was walking the streets freely. almost nonchalantly. maybe not realizing there was in man hunt for him. so very good police officers on routine patrol see him, took him into custody and now hes over at the 9th precinct. were also waiting to hear from the police department. they were expected to have a 2:00 press conference and obviously now with this new information, this will likely get delayed, but obviously a huge sigh of relief for people here in new york ci...
