Well, normally police wouldnt release the name of a juvenile but they are doing it in this case because they consider him armed and dangerous. They are urging 14yearold mario toliver, june yes or no junior to turn himself in. Reporter the shooting happened in a small one bedroom oakland apartment where the brother and sister lived together for a few years, siblings said to be very close. Im hurt, devastated and sad he has to go through this. Reporter neighbors said they heard two or three shots. Surveillance video shows the 14 yearold brother running from the building. His 17yearold sister Justice Toliver dead inside. Police are offering a 10,000 reward for information but didnt want to talk any more about it today. Dont want to talk about it. Lets not talk about that. They are treating him as armed and dangerous and the reason is we have not recovered the weapon.
