City Hall is considering leasing three locations to Sundance where testing for the novel coronavirus will be available to the public during the festival, a measure by the municipal government that will assist the operations of the festival’s protocols designed to guard against the spread of the sickness during the event in January.

What we’re debating here is the very foundation of Park City. It’s the literal ground we’re standing on—like the actual dirt. Seriously.

Park City is readying to recruit someone for a midterm appointment to the City Council. The person will succeed Nann Worel as she ascends from the City Council to the mayor’s office.

Ed Parigian, an Old Town resident who has twice unsuccessfully sought a seat on the Park City Council, will seek the partial term that will be created when Nann Worel resigns to take the mayor’s office.
