Donors rolled up in golf carts, Teslas and well-used Toyotas to drop off peanut butter and tuna for waiting volunteers from the Laguna Beach Democratic Club (LBDC) for its food drive to benefit the Laguna Food Pantry. In just three hours, the club collected 457 pounds of shelf-stable proteins, plus a few checks totaling several hundred dollars.  

The temporary site, located along the north end of the Laguna Beach Dog Park, will help the organization provide animal care through construction for its expansion project.
