2 Laguna Beach Administrators Ranked Best In CA - Laguna Beach, CA - Two Laguna Beach Unified School District administrators were honored this month as 2024 Administrators of the Year.

Laguna Beach Unified School District (LBUSD) has chosen Shannon Chastain, a third-grade teacher at El Morro Elementary School, as its Teacher of the Year and Lynn Gregory, College and Career Specialist at Laguna Beach High School, as Classified Employee of the Year.

The recent LBUSD Board study session to finalize the Facilities Master plan and the pool should have been a business meeting. After all, they voted to incorporate a 50-meter pool.  

The Laguna Beach Unified School District (LBUSD), in collaboration with SchoolPower, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. to mark the grand opening of the Laguna Beach Family Resource Center (FRC).
