Fintech giant PhonePe has finally announced the acquisition of Indus OS’ parent OSLabs after buying investor Affle’s entire stake at premium.

The Singapore High Court has dismissed appeals filed by Affle, challenging the acquisition of Indus OS by Flipkart-owned PhonePe.
