The one-day pop-up sale is put on by Friends of the Library thanks to donations from community members who donate their used books. All proceeds from the sale benefit the library.

Code Girls United aims to engage young girls with coding and other skills relevant to fields in science, technology, engineering and math, all of which have been historically male-dominated.
