ROSEVILLE — Members of the Roseville Community Schools family are mourning the loss of retired Superintendent John Kment.

Roseville police officer Chad Lee "discharged his firearm" at Frank Robles, who had crashed into a tractor-trailer and would not put down a knife.

Frank Robles was fatally shot by Roseville police after officers responded to a crash. He approached them with a 4-inch fish filet knife, police say.
