Is usually included by, excuse me by the permit holder. I didnt see that either. Lastly in the last page of their submission they show various sites that they attempted to look out, i presume, but they provide very Little Information there. The code says something about good faith efforts. When so many puts on the table that there was no interest. I have no idea whether that is a good faith effort, or not. I need to see these things before i make a final decision. I would be happy to respond. My understanding, the first item you brought up was our compliance with the Design Guidelines and preservation review. Did i understand that correctly . Historical review. I can respond to that. This is not within the webster street historic district. It is immediately adjacent to the district which was established in 1981. This property was not included. It is a category d building for our preservation standards. Included in the report is a ceqa exemption which is signed by our Historic Preservat
We came to an agreement and the agreement was i would keep the cottage in the back and 614, the other available number on the street would be assigned to the front of the property, the front house on the property. At the time, the entire property was 616 carolina street had not been twooieded. So no building in particular according to San Francisco has the 616 as the actual address. So the law firm felt that was appropriate to use this numbering when we went through the condominium process. Mr. Apalos purchased the front house in 2018, signed the t. H. C. Agreement. We assumed all along that this would be the street driveways numbering, but a couple of months ago when mr. Apalos went to the d. B. I. , we were informed that because you cannot have a new street address for a new building you cant have a new address for an existing building that the 616 would go to the front building. My feeling was that was a misinterpretation of the guidelines from the d. B. I. It says exactly that, you
Bill would say we need to ask buck. I would see buck in the morning sometimes in the cafe knowing he had already swam. I also swim the bay but never got to swim with buck. I am certain i would not have been able to keep up with him. I would like to extend my condolences to the City Attorneys Office and his family. He was the kind of person when you saw him, he made you want to be better at everything. He made me want to be a better athlete, better at my job and just a basic human decent human being. I have been here for 12 years now, every time i ran into him it was a pleasure to see buck, and he will be missed. Supervisor haney. I want to share my condolences with buccs family and friends. I i want to thank you for sharing him with the city and with all of us. I am a new supervisor. I would always hear his name out there from other people in the building, and it is clear that what he demonstrated in term of his love for the city, knowledge, passion, had such an impact on everyone who
Allocations that used this threshold of 25 25,000 square feet. We are not always great at this in policy making, but i think the more consistent we can be i think it makes sense to maintain that threshold while also considering a lower fee for the set of projects that i hear theres a lot of concern about. Im going to reverse here. I would move that we continue until there is more data. Commissioners, today, obviously, we are hearing this on the eve of the full Board Hearing this item. Ways you can take a look at it is, you can provide direction in terms of recommendations specifically to the board of supervisors for tomorrow. The next thing is to make some recommendations on the record for the future. Again, as i think courtney has said, there has been some consideration. There has been some conversation about looking at the smallcap. I recommend not using the term smallcap because it would be confusing. You should just call a 50,000 or whatever. I would also prop m tells us how much o
Were certainly not approve approved opposed to affordable housing. What i would like to ask you is to think of ways that maybe we can slow this project down so we can have a broader conversation about what does the next 10, 15 years of Development Look like for the corridor and is it his office and if they are eager to be involved in that effort in many of us are in touch with him about how that can get started. Thank you to listening to us all today. We appreciate your time. Any other Public Comment on this item . Okay. Public comment is closed. I live on 304th and lincoln i have to walk 12 blocks to get a cup of coffee. So i make my own. We have three transit corridor doors in the sunset. This one is right on the train tracks. This is the definition of what we see every thursday as an opportunity site. It is a site that is empty. [please stand by] this is category exempt. I have to look at the actual environmental document to see if there was testing done. I am happy to chime in here
