Just before 4 p.m., deputies were dispatched to Mills Park on report of a couple allegedly having sex on a park bench. Upon arrival, deputies observed a woman, later identified as Jacqueline Stegeman, 33, and a man, later identified as Jeremy Bailey (age not listed), on a park bench.
