As 2023 approaches, many in Hampton Roads are still holding on to hope for answers in the search for Hampton toddler Codi Bigsby, who was reported missing on Jan. 31.

Police were recently informed about human remains found in Woodland Road, which they soon confirmed not belonging to missing Codi Bigsby.

The families of people reported missing are having an especially difficult holiday season with a loved one missing from the dinner table, but one nonprofit isn't giving up hope.
