With the biting winds allentown we are predicting 2 below and trenton and wilmington and dover 1 degrees and farther to the south not records but still brutal cold, 2 in millville and Atlantic City 2 above zero. And on top of that for philadelphia if we hit that low of 1 degrees, its the record for the date, 1 degree set back in 1979 so the coldest temperature we have seen in the month of february in 36 years but if you look at philadelphia as a whole for the entire year its the coldest temperature in 21 years.
