Pointing to a lack of results and unclear purpose, a Fargo activist who helped create the citizen police board is at odds with city leaders over whether or not the board is doing what was promised.

Barry Buchill of West Fargo responds to a recent story where members of the Fargo Police and Advisory Board members said they didn't feel the board had a clear mission.

“Sometimes I wonder myself if there is even a need for a police oversight board anymore,” member Scott Paul said. “I don’t feel like we have any value to the Fargo Police Department at this point.”
