FARGO — The Fargo Police Department has enlisted the services of an office of the U.S. Department of Justice to review three of what police refer to as “critical incidents,”
An office of the Department of Justice will make recommendations regarding the Fargo police department's policies and procedures as they relate to instances where officers are involved in shootings.
Pointing to a lack of results and unclear purpose, a Fargo activist who helped create the citizen police board is at odds with city leaders over whether or not the board is doing what was promised.
The board is intended to provide support to cemetery staff by reviewing the existing rules, making any necessary changes and examining how to communicate those rules to families.
