Department says Jacki Freeman and Abby Hedengran did have a license for special conditions animals. Jacki freeman has been charged with animal cruelty. Several of the cats were found locked in rooms where they had been urinating and defecating on the walls. Just last monday. Another woman was arrested in nye county on felony child endangerment. The Nye County Sheriffs Office says Jacki Freeman and Abby Hedengran had the correct permits to have all these animals. But had them living in conditions described by the Sheriffs Office as horrific.
