We focus on integrating our yoga practice off the mat into our daily lives.
This is an all levels yoga class; beginner s welcome . Come prepared to activate your voice before and after class with community discussion on your intentions, your experience, and conscious awareness topics in order to build positive habits of self care that induce growth both individually, and collectively.
