Three Whiskey Row guards will face trial on Feb. 27 after the death of 22-year-old Dallas Barrett at the busy downtown Nashville bar last summer.

Following a suspension summary by the state, Whiskey Row has agreed to pay a civil penalty for $26,000 in relation to the death of Dallas Jodan Barrett.

Four of the six security guards charged in the August 2021 death of a man on the rooftop of a lower Broadway bar were not properly licensed with the State of Tennessee at the time of the incident, according to records requested and obtained by NewsChannel 5.
