Plus, it s allowing international travel to some countries now.
England is hoping to lift more rules next month, including those for social distancing and mask wearing. But there is some worry that a new variant will set that back.

There appears to be no immediate end in sight to hostilities and violence in the Middle East.
A growing group of lawmakers in the U.S. is calling for an immediate cease-fire. Twenty-eight Senate Democrats issued a statement urging Israel s military and Hamas to put down their weapons. This comes as the region marked its deadliest day in the conflict with the death toll rising on both sides.
Israel s military targeted more locations in Gaza overnight with airstrikes. It says it took out over nine miles of Hamas tunnels. Israel says Hamas deliberately puts those military targets in densely populated civilian areas.
