CHATHAM — The first of two 45-foot U.S. Coast Guard rescue vessels arrived this week at the municipal fish pier. The two vessels will replace smaller boats that were specially built to operate in the surf that breaks hard over the shallow sand bars in Chathams inlets. Coast Guard spokesman Capt.
