Apparently theres a complication with some of the valves not working. This meant some people in the surrounding apartments and condominiums had low water pressure. Once all the valves are shut off and repaired, that means some people will be without water and normally with no water, that also means no heat. I didnt really want to say frustrated, but concerned.
