Officials are preparing for a Flood Watch that is set to begin on Sunday morning and go into Wednesday for low-lying areas like Felton Grove. For those up in areas like Boulder Creek, downed trees and power outages are of utmost concern.
As of Wednesday, several thousand PG&E customers were still without power in the Santa Cruz mountains, but PG&E expected to have the power back on by 10 p.m. Thursday.
