Malaysian production house, Komet, and Singaporean media company, mm2 Asia, will be collaborating to amplify the works of filmmakers across the Southeast Asian region.

Streaming platform Netflix has partnered with creative agency The Clan to launch a short film set in Kuala Lumpur’s historical Pudu Prison. The film references a scene in Netflix’s action blockbuster Extraction 2 to give Malaysian viewers the thrill of a localised extraction mission.
