A 12-unit apartment building at 28 Whitney St. in Hartford recently sold for $1 million. The nearly century-old building has a brick exterior and a Tudor-style front façade. It was sold by Redding-based 4Fish LLC to Capitol Properties LLC, in a deal logged by the city on April 28. The buying limited liability company was formed March 11.
