A Bennington judge accepted a plea deal that sends habitual offender Robert Billings to jail for 3-7 years plus full restitution to all his home improvement fraud victims.

The well-publicized Bennington plumbing contractor who allegedly ripped off numerous clients for thousands of dollars has tentatively agreed to plead guilty to three felony home improvement fraud charges and serve a 3-7-year prison sentence with restitution for his victims.
