DANIEL DePASQUALE Daniel D. DePasquale, director, Katz & Associates, represented Hungry Ghost for a new coffee shop at 315 Bleecker Street, an ideal neighborhood corner. The new location, which is set to open in spring 2021, is DePasquale’s fourth deal for Hungry Ghost. Caleb Petersen of Newmark represented the landlord. The new Hungry Ghost on 315 Bleecker Street in Manhattan is 650 s/fplus basement. It has a cast-iron façade with large windows and a brick exterior. The interior design features the original tin ceiling and beautiful tile floors. Hungry Ghost brews Stumptown coffee and serves Serendipitea teas.
