No fewer than 18 persons have been killed by gunmen in separate attacks in Igabi and Chikun councils of Kaduna State. Confirming this yesterday, the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, said the victims of the attack were soft targets.
