Credit Wyoming LSO The Wyoming Senate has voted down a bill that would have named a stretch of highway between Meeteetse and Cody after the late Cody Sen. Hank Coe. Coe died of cancer in January. CODY, Wyo. (AP) โ Former Wyoming Senate President Henry โHankโ Coe has died at age 74. A Republican from Cody, Coe was first elected to the Wyoming Senate in 1988. Besides serving as Senate president from 2001-2002, Coe was chairman of the Senate Education Committee from 2003-2020 and played a key role in major decisions involving public education.
