According to customs data, China's lithium carbonate imports were 9,676 mt in May, up significantly by 68% MoM and 13% YoY. In terms of country of origin, imports from Argentina and Chile added 47% and 68% MoM respectively.

SHANGHAI, Jun 21 (SMM) - According to customs data, China imported 7,100 mt of cobalt raw material in metal content in May, a month-on-month decrease of 4% and year-on-year drop of 1%.

China imported 243,859.10 mt of zinc ore and concentrate in May, down 26.24% from the previous month and 22.46% from last year.

SHANGHAI, June 14 (SMM) - SMM data showed that a total of 67 ships arrived at major ports in China from June 6 to June 12, carrying 10.22 million mt of iron ore, down 1.88 million mt on a weekly basis and 1.29 million mt from a year ago.
