Several University of Oklahoma students are concerned for their safety in Norman and on campus in light of recent tragic events in other college towns such as the 2023 Michigan

Through our Practicum class and paid student positions, KGOU offers University of Oklahoma students the opportunity to learn and practice skills needed for successful careers in broadcast journalism and related fields.

Since it signed on in 1971, KGOU has provided opportunities for University of Oklahoma students to learn and practice skills in broadcast journalism.
