Advertising CON: The Defenses of Games 7-9. The Buccaneers play the Chicago Bears at home in Week Seven, go to New Orleans in Week Eight and, after a bye week, head out again for Washington in Week 10. Brady and the Buccaneers finished the 2020 season on an incredible tear and could be ready to hit the ground running to start the 2021 season. However, this stretch could test even the best NFL offense. The Bears arguably had the best defensive performance against the Buccaneers last ye...

Evaluating Washington’s 2021 draft class on character metrics Photo by Mark LoMoglio/Icon Sportswire via Getty Images Earlier in the week, I looked at the athleticism of Washington’s 2021 draft class compared to some of the most athletic draft classes in the past 30+ years. That was a relatively easy exercise compared to what I’m proposing to do today, which is to try to plumb the depths of these players’ characters. As if thats not enough, none of the divisions storied franchises managed to finish with a winning record last season, leaving lots of room for improvement. The Washington Football Team is the default defending NFC East champion after finishing 7-9. But the Dallas Cowboys are still the early favorites, for seemingly the 2...
