FULTON -- The Fulton Hornets Hedgpath twins, Jayna and Samantha, officially signed to play softball for Lincon University Friday at Fulton High School.

The Fulton Hornets Jayna Hedgpath and Natalie Underwood were included in the Missouri High School Fastpitch Coaches Associations Class 3 all-state teams, announced Fulton Activities via X Monday.

Fulton continued to rack up the postseason awards as six Hornets were named to the Class 3 Region 3 all-region teams, announced Fulton Activities via X Tuesday.

After totaling enough all-district selections for a starting nine a season ago, the Fulton Hornets one-upped that this year with 10 included in the Class 4 District 4 all-district teams, announced Fulton Activities via X Tuesday.

En route to winning another North Central Missouri Conference title, seven Fulton Hornets made all-NCMC for the second straight year, including two different players than in 2022.

MOBERLY -- The Fulton Hornets finished as district runner-up for the second straight season, but unlike last year, they lost to the higher-seeded team that could achieve a state runner-up finish on paper.

ROLLA -- The Fulton Hornets took sixth out of 16 teams in the FCNB Rolla Softball Invitational Saturday at Ber Juan Park.

FULTON -- With all seven seniors in the starting lineup for Senior Night, the Fulton Hornets had two straight 12-plate appearances, seven-run frames in the third and fourth innings.

COLUMBIA -- The Class 3 No. 4 Fulton Hornets took on a pair of state-ranked Class 3 teams on Day 2 of the Kewpie Classic Tournament and finished third.

FULTON -- The Fulton Hornets overtook rival Mexico for first in the North Central Missouri Conference while responding to their loss against the Kirksville Tigers earlier this season.
