Newly constructed wooden steps provide safer, direct access to Brambles Chine's West Wight beach

Visitors to Brambles Chine can now safely descend the steep cliff face without the need to take a time-consuming detour.

The new route has been cleared with new steps and a footbridge installed, funded by the England Coast Path Establishment Grant from Natural England

Walkers will once again be able to enjoy the coastline at St Lawrence after footpaths reopened to the public.
