While the main event was one for the record books, the undercard for the 2023 Little Brown Jug on Thursday, Sept. 21 definitely had its share of memorable moments.

Grove City, OH — Jet Hill (What The Hill) wrapped up the final leg of the Ohio Sires Stakes for 3-year-old colt harness racing trotters by setting a new Eldorado Scioto Downs track record Friday (Aug. 25). He captured the first of two $55,000 divisions for the sophomore trotters. Jet Hill with Ronnie Wrenn Jr.

While the top three-year-old pacers in the country were on display Saturday night (Aug.12) at MGM Northfield Park, the best of Ohio’s freshman colt pacers and sophomore colt trotters were also featured in Ohio Sires Stakes action with two $55,000 divisions of two-year-old pacers were contested along with one $100,000 division of two-year-old colt trotters. 

Colts finished off Ohio State Fair racing action on Saturday, Aug 5 at Eldorado Scioto Downs. There were two divisions each of the two-year-old colt pacers, three-year-old colt pacers and three-year-old colt trotters.
