Coatesville and perksy at 10 degrees, and feels like 9 in philadelphia. Its variable depending on how strong the wind is. But the wind will not be all that strong tomorrow. 8 00 a. M. Thats still bitter cold. By 10 00 a. M. Less cold and even in the afternoon with the sun coming out, its going to be another cold day. Weve issued a first alert so that youre prepared for the changes to our weather. Meteorologist steve sosna is keeping an eye on the timing of the snow. Steve. Thats right, rosemary. Snow beginning in our western suburbs already in Chester County, its snowing up in the poconos, were seeing the light snow. And, look, visibility has come down. I showed this to you a half hour ago.
