As the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area continues a repaving project, two of the parks car lots are soon set to close as another reopens.

The Priest River Recreation Area, more commonly known as the Mudhole, is being repaved thanks to funding through the Federal Lands Transportation Program via the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Albeni Falls Dam.

Road improvement projects at Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park in Colorado will begin later this year and continue through 2025.
