Now Authorities Say the 64yearold paddock set up inside of a room on the 32nd floor of the mandalay bay casino hotel. He was looking straight across the street and where the route 91 Harvest Festival was going on. Authorities i was paddock used a hammer of sorts to bust out the window of his room so he could shoot down into the crowd. They say they found at least 19 rifles and handguns in his hotel room.
