Murph Workout Challenge Memorial Day first responders

For Memorial Day weekend, people around the country are celebrating and honoring those who have fought and died for our country. One gym in Lincoln is honoring fallen heroes with a vigorous workout fit for military members.

Members of the Virginia Beach Police Department and the military came together at the Virginia Beach oceanfront, sweating it out in a challenge that is done across the country.
