Authorities said the four severely emaciated dogs were taken in by the Central New York SPCa after they were rescued from the home of 51-year-old Brian Bridge on March 18.

The CNY SPCA reports that over 50 dogs were seized from a "hoarding house" in Westmoreland.

Emails, calls and social media messages have flooded WKTV.

The CNY SPCA is investigating a case of animal neglect in Oneida County.
