MANVEL — A man deputies say started shooting at them is in critical condition in a Houston hospital after being shot several times when they returned fire.
According to the Brazoria County Sheriff's Office, it started with a man and woman fighting over a gun and Elloy Carillo Jr. was shot after he fired at deputies.
