BATON ROUGE — Last week, voters elected a new East Baton Rouge Parish School Board member, reelected Bakers mayor and secured the presidential nominees. Next month they will return to the polls to decide on multiple municipal ordinances and local leadership positions.

Iberville Parish residents chose Yolanda Holmes, Democrat, as the new District G school board representative in complete but unofficial results on the Louisiana Secretary of State Office website. The St. Gabriel council race will go to a runoff.

Iberville Parish will be able to vote on a new school board members and a new council member in St. Gabriel.
